Since March 16, 2020, IC has been operating within COVID19 limitations and accommodations by providing services remotely. Creativity and opportunity are the themes IC has focused on while re-imaging how to remotely conduct services that are most valuable when done in-person. Some services like coaching are easily translatable to a remote format because phone coaching is already a part of IC's business practice. Additionally, providing consultation when IC's role is a thought partner at the infrastructure level, such as strategically thinking about how to develop a new program or project, is easily translatable to a remote format via phone or video.
VIDEO TRAININGS: Trainings, on the other hand, have taken more time to translate to a virtual format, mainly video. Currently, IC is able to provide training via video in the following service areas to your organization:
