Since March 16, 2020, IC has been operating within COVID19 limitations and accommodations by providing services remotely. Creativity and opportunity are the themes IC has focused on while re-imaging how to remotely conduct services that are most valuable when done in-person. Some services like coaching are easily translatable to a remote format because phone coaching is already a part of IC's business practice. Additionally, providing consultation when IC's role is a thought partner at the infrastructure level, such as strategically thinking about how to develop a new program or project, is easily translatable to a remote format via telephone or video.

VIDEO FACILITATED CONVERSATIONS/TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE: Facilitating conversations among and providing technical assistance (TA) with a group of people are, again, best done in person, yet such services are possible via video or phone. COACHING: Coaching provides individualized support. Coaching remains available for staff and board members of an organization as well as for personal life coaching. Coaching is done over the telephone.
