| Headed by a Black lesbian psychologist with 20 years experience that bridges multiple fields and sectors (e.g., mental health, youth development, teaching/training, sports/athletics, diversity, nonprofit, and philanthropy), Intersections Consulting (IC) provides consultation, training, coaching, technical assistance, and facilitation in:
- Organizational Development and Capacity Building
- Leadership and Staff Development
- Program Planning and Curricula Design
- Nonprofit Research: Program Evaluation,Needs Assessment, Feasibility Studies
- Diversity
for an array of fields -- such as mental health, youth development, sports/athletics, philanthropy, social justice and social service -- that exist in and cross multiple sectors -- nonprofit, academic, hospitals/clinics, grassroots, government, and corporate.
IC's mission is to build bridges of deep respect and acceptance across boundaries that
artificially divide us while advancing access to opportunities. IC uses a systemic, developmental, and strengths-based approach grounded in the sociocultural realities of clients.
